After many sold-out Macaron Workshops, I’ll be running my very first Choux Pastry Workshop this Saturday!

Have you had a chance to try Bloom's cream puffs at the Growers Market? Ever wondered what goes into making those light, golden choux buns filled with silky cream?

Join us this Saturday in Bloom's kitchen for a fun, hands-on workshop where you'll learn all the secrets behind perfect choux pastry, éclairs, fillings and more.

I'm also excited to have Equagold joining us, bringing some of their beautiful vanilla and chocolate products to make everything even more delicious.

To finish the day, we'll sit down together and enjoy a homemade high tea prepared by Bloom, accompanied by a glass of bubbles.

Learn how to create those beautiful little golden choux, fill them with silky creams and take a box home to share with your loved ones ✨

Our very first Choux Pastry Workshop will be held on the 6th of June in Bloom’s kitchen, and there are only 2 spots left.

Together, we’ll dive into the art of éclairs, choux buns and a selection of refined fillings, sharing all the little techniques that make French choux pastry so special, with some beautiful ingredients kindly provided by Equagold to make the afternoon even more special.

A cosy afternoon of baking, learning, tasting… and plenty of sweet treats along the way 🥂

After our macaron workshops have been filling so beautifully, we’re now gently opening a new chapter with our Choux Pastry Workshop.

With the 9th of May macaron workshop now fully booked, the next available dates are:

•Sat 13 June - Choux Pastry Workshop
•Sat 27 June - Macaron Workshop

Each one comes with a Bloom high tea and a glass of bubbles (because baking is always better that way).

Spaces are intentionally limited to keep the experience intimate.
