Lammermoor Station is world renowned for its Merino Wool production and is now adding distilling spirits to the mix. We pride ourselves in being a true "paddock to bottle" distillery and do everything from growing our own barley, to malting, distilling, maturing and bottling on site here in the Maniototo.
