October is NZ Cheese Month - celebrating New Zealand cheese making and cheesemakers. For all those cheese lovers out there, please go and try a new to you, NZ made cheese. We make some fantastic cheeses.

Milk from Julie's oxford cows comes to us and is turned into fabulous fresh products and our range of beautiful local cheeses.

The council is having the road verge scraped from the Makerikeri to Chapel Rd, so from tomorrow (Tues 24th) lunchtime-ish the road going to be closed in parts and the detour heads you up/down Carrs Road. If you are stopped, just say you are off to the cheese factory and they will let you through. The scrapping doesn't start till the Makerikeri so all those who live or drive on Dixons or Barkers Rd to get home will also be affected. Good luck everyone 🙃
