We source local Kaipara kumara, immerse them in Rice Bran Oil to make our handcrafted chips. Back in 2008, chips were available in just one variety - potato. That is until our founders started experimenting with a delicious kiwi staple, kumara. Recognising that New Zealanders want the option to choose gluten free, real food alternatives to conventional snacks, we take the 'less is more' approach t

o making our handcrafted chips by using minimal ingredients and no unnecessary additives. We source local Kaipara kumara, immerse the thick slices in Rice Bran Oil before adding light seasoning. Real food. Real simple.
