The last of our early spring seedlings is in, and what a mission it was! 🌱😅

There’s a whole lot of work behind those future armfuls of flowers, but seeing these little beauties finally in the ground makes it feel worth it.

Now to keep an eye on them as they grow… while a whole table of succession seedlings waits in the wings for round two 💐

I’ve been a little MIA lately, but this is why! 🌱

Our spring shipment of seedlings has arrived, and we’ve been busy getting these little beauties into the ground. Turns out planting your future bouquets doesn’t leave much time for posting.

It might be trays of tiny green plants now, but I’m already imagining the colour and armfuls of flowers to come.

There’s so much happening behind the scenes at Full of Posies, and I can’t wait to share it all with you 💐

The first week of our flower subscriptions has started, and it feels so good to have flowers filling my hands and the farm again. 🌸

There’s something incredibly special about sending out the first bouquets of a new season. Here’s to many more weeks of beautiful, locally grown blooms. 💐

When your flowers first arrive, they may look a little underwhelming, tightly closed and still hiding the beauty inside.

But that is completely intentional.

We pick our flowers at bud stage, right at the beginning of their journey, so their best days happen in your home rather than ours.

Over the days that follow, you get to watch the magic unfold. Each morning, the buds open a little more, their colours deepen, and your bouquet transforms before your eyes.

You aren’t simply receiving a bunch of flowers. You’re receiving the whole experience—from quiet beginnings to their breathtaking full bloom. 🌷

Tonight is the night and we are so excited to share our dahlia tubers with you!
It’s been a long winter of digging and dividing these tubers so it is nice to be sending them off to new homes.

The tubers we sell are the same, if not a little bigger than the ones we plant here. We have found over the years they perform just as well but at the end of the season the clump is easier to divide and planting is so much easier.
They also come in all shapes and sizes depending on the
variety. For example Trengrove Millenium have long tubers and Peaches n Cream we find to be much smaller.

Our sale goes live at 8pm tonight and some of the varieties are really limited so you will need to be quick 🌺

If the dahlia bug has well and truly caught you—and you’ve already collected all the coveted varieties—there’s really only one thing left to do…

Grow a dahlia that belongs to you and only you.

Every seed holds the possibility of something completely unique. If you discover a keeper, you’ll earn the naming rights, the bragging rights and the thrill of knowing no one else in the world has that exact dahlia.

Our seeds are carefully collected from the standout dahlias in our fields, with the hope of breeding exceptional new varieties for our collection.

This season, we collected more than we could possibly sow ourselves, so we’re sharing the joy with our fellow dahlia addicts.

Because your dahlia addiction clearly needed to become a little more interesting.

Seeds are available at www.brollysdahlias.co.nz

Peaches ‘n’ Cream has earned her crown as the diva of our flower farm.

She’ll make an appearance when she feels like it—and she knows her irresistible peach tones, fading into the softest blush, mean she can get away with being a little dramatic.

Her stems may be on the shorter side, but what she lacks in height, she more than makes up for in presence.

Temperamental, breathtaking and entirely unforgettable—Peaches ‘n’ Cream is every inch the diva you need in your collection.

She will be available Wednesday 9th September at 8pm at www.brollydahlias.co.nz
