Returning this winter at Sage, a weekend celebrating black truffle and cool-climate wine.

Truffles from Central Otago’s Black Quail Estate are paired alongside wines from our sister vineyard, Clos Ostler, across a four-course menu by Executive Chef Dan Fraser.

Hosted by Clos Ostler Brand Ambassador Connor Magides alongside Viticulturist Timbo Deaker, this is a celebration of New Zealand winter produce, award-winning wines, and thoughtful dining at Sage.

With vintage now well behind us, Margot and Santi are turning their attention to the final composition of our 2026 Rosé. ⁠

A small portion of the wine has been fermented in older neutral oak barrels, not to impart overt oak flavour, but to bring subtle texture, palate weight and added complexity to the blend. The wine is already beginning to show a sense of freshness, vibrancy and refinement that we can’t wait for you to enjoy.
