When an unexpected viral moment brought Argentina and New Zealand together, we decided to turn it into gelato.

How does a gelato flavour get its name?

Sometimes... the internet decides. 😆

Argentinian creator Valen "El Scarso" searched worldwide for the least famous player participating in the World Cup 2026, and he found NZ's who at the time of video had less than 5k Instagram followers.

The internet loved it. And in a matter of days, Tim went from 5 thousand to 5 MILLION followers!

As Argentinians living in NZ, this was an awesome moment joining our two homes, and we thought:

"What if this became a gelato flavour?"

So we created TIM PAYNE CRUNCH.
