We have to postpone our FBNZ competition for this year and roll onto a 2027 show.
It's been a privilege to work with the team at Stratford to organise an exciting event in the Taranaki. Their facilities are perfect for us!
Unfortunately we are currently still trying to put FBNZ Charitable Trust in order and cannot run the financial side if the Event until the legal side is finalised. It is very important that we have everything in order behind the scenes, including a full house of committee members, trustees and coordinators.
The 2027 show will have a class for 18mth+ steers as well, so keep training and prepping those steers destined for this years event. We are also looking at future A&P steer classes to practice taking them out before our event.
We look forward to getting the last ducks in a row to then put together a great show, with a full house of sponsors too.
We will be having an AGM in the coming months. If anyone would like to be part of organising 2027, please come along to the online meeting.
