Favorite tree to sit under at the moment. It's never too late to stop anything. It's never too late to change ones mind. Grab the family this week and make your beach time at Putiki. Let's show up for preserving the wild spaces on our beloved motu, lets Protect Pūtiki and the Mauri o te Moana. Something doesn't feel right about this one going ahead, just doesn't feel right.

What are we fighting for? We're only fighting ourselves. An eclipse prayer to let go of all things unharmonious. Allowing space for peace at an individual level and peace and harmony for every living thing. The magic of la Luna and her generous heart. Showing us the suns light in the dark and last night hiding from the sun so that we could see her in all her glory and magnificence. Thank you to all who shared this moment as one. These times they are a changing. The moon is rising. Spirit seeping through. The feminine coming back to the earth. At times it seems chaotic. At times it feels like being in a washing machine. At times the individual change required feels just as monumental as the collective change. That's why it's so important at this time to know that we are all in this together, no one left out, no one excluded. To shut out even one person is to deny our true selves. Love to everyone, to the prisoners, the politicians, to those fighting, to those dying, to the young, to the old, to those in offices, to those in the fields, to those who look the same, to those who look different, to mother earth, the sun, the moon. Let love for all be our guide in this changing world.

I love the horizon. To sit with the horizon without wondering what is beyond it. It still blows my mind that we once thought the world was flat. It makes me realise how much more there always is to find out in life. And when the time is right we are shown what is out beyond our horizon and the horizon of humanity.

Dear community,

The time has come to part ways with our beloved business and move on. Thank you to all our wonderful customers focused on reducing plastic packaging and voting for healthy oceans with every dollar spent with us. We've been working for the last 4 months on a solution to be able to continue to serve the community and a couple of times it looked likely but not to be. I've felt so personally supported and held in this quest and I hope I can continue to use that support as fuel for wherever the road takes me next. Phewf it's not easy to part ways with something you've put a lot of energy into, yet the incredible learning of these ventures is so phenomenal and I feel truly blessed for every part of the experience.

When telling my 5 year old we were closing he burst into tears and said he really likes the food and asked if he still gets to eat the food. 🙂 And when telling my 3 year old she simply said "wheeee". And in my heart it kind of feels like that. Like there comes a point where letting go is the only thing left to do and that we can celebrate endings just as much as beginnings, not without a few tears, but just with a sense that all is okay.

I still pray that we will live a life kinder and more in tune with papatuanuku. That we will respect our bodies, our oceans, each other. That we will wake up and slow down to allow conscious decisions. Not all the time, we're human, but at least most of the time. I always have and always will believe that we are evolving to a better way of life, that there is so much beautiful change occurring in this world. That we live in heaven especially on Waiheke and that each moment, even the harder ones can be savoured. Thanks to everyone who has supported us on this journey, to all the support I've had from many amazing people and to the community for your support. Deep love and appreciation to you all.

So come, all are welcome, even if you havent shopped with us before, help us clear our shelves, get your glass jar Pantry set up in your home. We will pop some biscuits and bliss balls etc in the shop so you can have a munch and celebrate PFPs short yet very sweet existence.

Kind wishes,
Anna and team. Xx

PS if anyone needs lundia shelving, warehouse shelving, glass washer, washer racks, stainless packing table, scales, scoops, or anything else you think we may have then please get in touch. — with Kim de Swart and 2 others.
