Glory Patisserie Baker / Bakery Assistant Wanted

Glory Patisserie is looking for a Baker or Bakery Assistant to join our team.

Position Requirements (Baker):
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant baking experience
• Fast and efficient working pace
• Able to work well under pressure
• Reliable, responsible, and a good team player

Working Hours:
• Wednesday to Sunday
• Starting from 5:00 AM

Pay Rate:
• $23.50 – $28.00 per hour, depending on experience

Important Note:
• Please note that we are unable to offer work visa sponsorship for this role.

Meet Keith - Head Baker & Founder of Glory Patisserie.
Born and raised in Hong Kong, he’s been in love with bread since he was young.
To Keith, bread has never been just food, it’s something to learn, explore and perfect over a lifetime.
From starting out as an apprentice to working with croissants, traditional Hong Kong breads, yum cha pastries and Western-style loaves across Hong Kong and New Zealand, his journey has been shaped by patience, craft and a truly crazy love for bread.
