Two days off.
One very happy café boss. 😜☕️
If you don’t know, this is Kathy – the heart, soul, chief problem-solver, coffee-maker, cook, cleaner, organiser, and driving force behind Café 75.
After countless early starts, long days, and keeping everything running smoothly for our customers, Kathy has scored herself two whole days off… and judging by this photo, she’s pretty happy about it! 😂
Behind every great local café is someone who puts their heart into it every day, and for us, that’s Kathy.
So if you see her around town over the next couple of days, remind her she’s supposed to be relaxing and not thinking about coffee orders, stock lists, or who’s rostered on next week!
