Three months ago, I was doing a market while juggling three jobs, my apprenticeship, being a mum, and being a wife. 🥹💪🏼 I was exhausted, stretched thin, and honestly just doing what I could. My cakesicles were mostly simple marble designs 🤍 not because I lacked creativity, but because that was all I had the time and energy for.

Fast forward to now… ✨ After having a break from my apprenticeship and finally having more time to put into my craft, the difference is huge. 🥹🌸 I’ve created beaches 🏖️, honey bees 🐝🍯, flower gardens 🌸🦋, snowflakes ❄️ and rodeo 🤠🐴 designs I can actually be proud of and that show what I’m capable of when I have the time to create.

Looking back at these two versions of myself makes me realise that the difference was never my ability. ❤️ It was the time, energy and space I had to actually let my creativity come through. ✨🎨

And honestly… I’m pretty proud of how far I’ve come. 🥹💜

🌴🌺 Island Beach 1st Birthday Package 🌺🌴

One of last weekend’s custom party packages for a gorgeous island beach-themed 1st birthday. 💕🌊

This package included:
🩷 Cakesicles
🍪 Chocolate chip cookies
🍫 Brownie bites
🧁 Cupcakes

Decorated in pink, green, white, and ocean blue with tropical flowers, palm trees, seashells, and sandy beach details. The brownies and cupcakes were finished with a smooth white chocolate ganache.

I absolutely loved bringing this tropical theme to life! 🌺✨

Happy 27th birthday to me. 🤍

Today has been simple, full, and exactly what I needed. I made myself a lemon meringue cheesecake 🍋, Alex cooked the most delicious BBQ chicken wings 🤤, and now we’re off to the hot pools for a relaxing soak to finish the day.

Feeling incredibly grateful for another year of growth, love, lessons, and all the little moments that make life so special. Here’s to 27. ✨💛
