📸 Tag us or send us your pictures - we’d love to see them❤️ Berryfruit growing commenced at Somerfields in 1970 when Valerie and Richard planted boysenberries on the farm. 1972 saw the first harvest and over the following years led to planting strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries. In 2004 a Somerfield daughter - Trish Somerfield, took over the strawber

ries and she continues to grow strawberries to this day. Somerfields Berryfruit is proud to be family owned and operated, many of the grandchildren enjoy working on the farm over summer holidays.
