Congratulations To Me. I Can Retire.
I can't remember not working. Always wanted to have my own money and be independent.
As a child I picked jam strawberries for pocket money. At middle and senior school I spent weekends in burger and takeaway shops. I worked bars and waitressed during my student years at Training College. Following Teaching I did Litigation P.A. and Office Management.
Trading the city lights for gumboots and farming came next. But, the most rewarding job ever was being a Mum.
Pretty sure I've earned my retirement. BUT, there's still so many coffees to make and cakes to bake, it's just gonna have to wait.
