Father’s Day is around the corner and Dad’s made it clear he wants meat. Tho as much as it is a joke about not wanting the socks and un**es.... to be honest some freshies would be on point. So I reckon start with the socks and un**es then bam a Meat Box with his favorite goodies!
We will have some boxes on the go and if you want to chop and change with the cuts of meat, rubs and sauces that's more that fine!

Mum reckons dad and I need to cut back on eating so much meat , to think of it that's why dinner at home has been pretty boring and healthy looking lately . Mum was at netball last night watching SK , so dad and I ended up having chicken nuggets on toast for tea...

Cross cut Blade steak is that niche cut which is becoming popular again ,loves a good braise , then slow cooking with red w**e, garlic, and fresh herbs for a rich, hearty meal. Toss in carrots and onions for extra flavour, and let it simmer until melt in your mouth tender. What’s your secret for the perfect slow cooked blade steak?

Nothing beats a proper English breakfast crispy bacon, juicy Cumberland pork sausages, and rich black pudding. What’s your must have on the plate? Hash browns , baked beans , eggs tomatoes the list goes on!

A terrific place to dine locally. The Clements Hotel Clements Hotel in Cambridge.

We have been supplying them since their opening, and have been very keen to go and support them. Thursday evening we were fortunate to go and celebrate Missy’s birthday there.

The meals and the service was exceptional. We later learned that Chef Issac stayed on to do a double shift that night just so that he could be on hand whilst we were there.

Will deals with the chefs weekly and has a solid working relationship with them, which enhances that mutual respect along with a clear vision of quality and perfection.

You must also try the Speakeasy Cocktail Bar downstairs - such a vibe!
