mme 3) under Ministry Primary Industries which is required for all Spice growers. Graham holds a Ph. in Plant Science and worked on organic rice production in the USA at the University of California, Davis (the no:1 ranked Agricultural University in the world). I am a chef by trade and trained in the Airforce to obtain my London & City Guilds 706-1 and 706- 2. Although I do not work in the catering arena any more, my love of Saffron and experimentation of this incredible spice is now my passion. Garden Saffron corm packs pre order for December are well underway. These will be available online December/ January until they are sold out.

These come with the plant and care guide.

Well it's a wet kinda day here after a fabulous bout of lovely weather. Even had to do a little mowing yesterday!

The early cheer have been showcasing the garden of late and now the trumpets have been coming up as well. Beautiful 😍, but with some stormy maybe snowy weather ahead, winter is still with us.

Blown away with the response to the commercial Saffron Corm packs, and we now only have 3 x 5000 left for this season. This does not include our usual Saffron Garden corm packs 💜
