This week was full of guilty pleasures with some irresistible chocolate mud muffins, caramel brownie balls and melt in your mouth pink cookies πŸ˜‹πŸ€€ honestly the brownie balls are way to moreish I could eat an entire tray.

It's been a busy few weeks in the household preparing for back to school as well as a lot of rainy days. However this hasn't stopped the baking, what I have made here is:

Biscoff brownie
Strawberry "rainbow" mini cupcakes
Strawberry jam slice

Kia ora whanau! This week was a week of classics and a few new favourites. With school holidays on I have been super busy out of the kitchen (for once) so having a day of baking was nice, and needless to say the whole house was happy to have their baking back in stock πŸ˜„

What we have here is classic fudgey dark chocolate white chocolate brownie, brookie, blueberry cherry muffins and peach & coconut cake πŸ˜‹πŸ˜ I did make a delicious banana date loaf which I forgot to take photos of but she was absolutely devine and one of my favorites.
These were all made on Tuesday and have been gobbled up quicker than expected!

If any of these tickle your fancy or you'd like to order something special let me know as I'll be doing small orders until February when the kids are all back at schoolπŸ™

It's the season for festive flavours! I feel for me Christmas season is full of mint, ginger and well chocolate! I'll be posting up some seasonal styled flavoured treats, if you see anything you like feel free to message me 😊

This week's trial was a peppermint slice, and wow I have to say I am impressed. This has such a fluffy melt in your mouth texture and is well balanced between peppermint and chocolate. If you would like to try this before it's all gone let me know!

Today was a day for biscuits and Blondie as well as a special order for a family member.

These biscuits are "tea" biscuits nice and crunchy on the outside with a semi firm center and chocolate chip shortbread as ordered by one of the children 😊
And a classic white chocolate Blondie just to mix it up from our usual brownie πŸ˜‹
