Patrick and Matt are brewing today.
Patrick enjoys the technical side - water chemistry and the yeast addition. Matt enjoys the smells of the boil stage, the changes to the colour as things are added and of course when it is all tucked away in the fermenter. All are parts of a process we are tweaking and adjusting to make the beer just right. Come see us, say gidday, see some of the process and of course buy some beer. Open today 12-6pm

It’s a Friday so of course that leans we are open. Patrick will be there from 2pm until 7pm. We appreciate all those that come and buy our small batch brewed craft beer and that is why we have our loyalty card. Get the card punched every time you buy a rigger and get the tenth free. 🇳🇿

A bit more progress. We know its been ages since we said we were doing a bar but all the ducks need to be in a row. One in particular has wandered off in a different direction. We will get there. Buy our beer. Get your friends to buy it. And we can move forward more. 🇳🇿
