A little peel, a wee slice, a hot date with the fryer, a tumble in the seasoning drum, and they’re ready for the shelves.

In celebration of Father’s Day, we’re throwing it back to 1996. Pictured is Raymond and the kids, James, Charlotte and Kate - three kids who’ve all grown up around the farm. 🚜

Fast forward 30 years and they’re still part of the family business.. Some things don’t change much.

Plenty has changed over the years, but one thing hasn’t - there’s always been a lot of early mornings, muddy boots and hard work behind every planting day.

THE CUT - A series where we pair a delicious dip with iconic Heartland chips.

On the menu today: Wave Cut Maple Bacon with a cheesy bacon dip 🤤

You will need:
1 bag of Heartland Maple bacon
350g crispy bacon
250g cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
¾ cup mayonnaise
1 tsp garlic powder
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
2 spring onions
