As General Manager at Heartland Potato Chips and eldest daughter of founder Raymond Bowan - Charlotte’s grown up around paddocks, potatoes, and plenty of chips.

We asked her the hard questions to get to know her a little better:

Favourite Heartland flavour?

My favourite flavoured chips - a couple.... but at the moment it’s a tie between the Apple Cider Vinegar or Thai Green Curry.

Folded or flat chips?

Folded chips!

What’s your favourite part about working in the family business?

Working alongside the family, and learning from my dad - he has so much knowledge and wise words of advice to pass on.

This is where it all begins for us, in South Canterbury, doing things the way we always have. (Raymond isn’t afraid to get his hands dirty!)
