Bella Pane - Quality artisan bread and pastry We have a new retail shop at 2 Princes Street PUTARURU 3411
Open Tues/Wed/thurs/Fri 9am til 2.00pm and Saturday 9am til 1.00pm

We are a "from scratch" bakery based in the Waikato region. All of our doughs are made from mother starter doughs, to truely work out the minimal amount of commercial yeast used to rise our bread range, ending with a wholesome and delicious product. The breads You will find in our retail store is from that mornings bake and are never more than 24 hours old. If you get there early enough, you will

find them still warm from the oven. Mike, our head baker, has spent the last 30 years developing many of his products, and they have been found at cafe's, restaurants, catering companies, private schools and private hospitals thoughout the country during this time as he is slso a qualified chef. Not only do we make all our dough products on site each day but we make our sauces , seasonings and meat rubs. We slow cook all the meats for our filled buns and pies to provide the best quality and flavour.

Our shop hours this Easter. Note that we will be open on Monday the 11th. It is for that Monday only 🙃.
Orders. Your last day to place a freight order will be Sunday the 10th then we will be turning off the online shop til after Easter. We will not be taking orders through the shop for the week leading up to Easter - mon 11th to fri 15th ( with the exception of the chocolate HCBs that need to be pre ordered for Thurs 14th pick up). It will be first in first served (but there will be heaps).

Pies this week, BBQ Brisket, Steak Bacon and Cheese, and Lamb and Kumara. I've upped our Hot Cross Bun Numbers this week, so hopefully we don't run out early 🤞. New Doughnut starts tommorow on Trial for you to try, Apricot And Custard. Caramilk Eclair style cream doughnuts And a few loaves of 5 grain today too 😉

Who is happy to see these babies back today?? The original recipe , BBQ BEEF AND BACON Sausages rolls . Get them while you can. We also have heaps of hot cross buns today , sorry to those that missed out yesterday. They are very popular and fly off the shelf. ( tip, they freeze beautifully)
