Picking "Fuerte Variety" for the roadside stall, these are our winter avocados though not long before we start on the Hass we all love!
Important to note Fuerte avocados STAY GREEN when ripe and are are lighter, milder flavour than Hass. Determine ripeness by pressing gently on cut stem, if it gives easily then avo is ripe and ready to enjoy - however you like them!🥑🥑🥑
