Modena in the Emilia Romagna region of Northern Italy is famous for a number of reasons; Opera, Ferrari and Lamborghini sports cars and balsamic vinegar.

This Olitalia balsamic vinegar is made from 5 different grape varieties and spends 2 months in oak barrels before bottling. This thick and creamy balsalmic makes a fantastic dressing.

Buongiorno!!

Divella have been producing pasta since 1890 in the South East of Italy 🇮🇹 the Apulian region to be exact - think the heel of the Italian boot 👢.

We find these Conchiglioni (large shells) pretty difficult to find elsewhere which is why we usually have some in stock. These are great for stuffing with ricotta or mince and make a delicious change from your regular spaghetti and mince!

If you love Campagnier cheese (as many do) get in quick as we only have limited quantity available until our next order arrives in August.
From the Rhone-Alpes region of South Eastern France, Campagnier is a soft cow's milk cheese made using a process that removes some of the water in the milk to produce an exceptionally creamy soft cheese. The salt water washed rind has a mild flavour and is the most popular cheese we sell.

Hey followers - glad to see you are all still there! We’ve had a short break away from the shop and Harvest Fresh Maunu is no more.

Over the last few weeks we have been continuing to supply a few of our customers with some of the deli items that we stocked in the shop such as cheese, salami, sauces, pickles etc. and we will shortly have a website up and running and our new, online, venture will be known as Gourmet Food Northland.

Next week we will be looking to bring up some cheese from our importer in Auckland. We have some orders for Boursin and Campaigner so if anyone is wanting to jump in on the order, or if you are wanting any other cheese ordering drop us a message and we’ll let you know pricing and ETA.
