Bringing grass fed, hormone free, premium quality and nutrient dense free range beef from our farm to your door. Traditional farming methods in which the animals are raised means the flavour is infinitely better. The animals are initially milk fed (no milk powder) grass fed and supplemented with hay and silage made on the farm (no GMO corn or maize feed) They are happy and well-treated, and becaus

e of this, the meat is more tender, with less by-products. Recent analysis of our beef has also showed massively higher levels of many trace elements compared to shop bought beef. We are thrilled to be able to tell you that Grandads beef Iron levels average 30 mg/kg vs store bought 18 mg/kg. This is just one example, we are also higher in calcium, copper, magnesium and zinc. Results from the heavy metals tested in the soil also show that our levels are on average 72% lower than those required for Organic Farming. This is all due to the Biological farming practices of Grandads Beef where it all starts with the soil

Well kia ora Fabo's 🎉 it's been a while! however, we have been BUSY! and have some exciting news to announce....

Drum roll please...............

We have partnered with TakiToa Mobile Meat Processors, which means that our meat is back on the market (yayyyyyyy 🥳) AND it is being processed and butchered on farm - how blimmin cool is that!

It is early days, and we are still feeling our way, so distribution is limited atm. We are not able to offer deliveries (sorry, couriers just didn't work out well for us sadly) So we are selling direct at a couple of local marae for now - you are all welcome 😁 We will venture further afield as we streamline our process.
