We are thrilled to be able to tell you that Grandads beef Iron levels average 30 mg/kg vs store bought 18 mg/kg. This is just one example, we are also higher in calcium, copper, magnesium and zinc. Results from the heavy metals tested in the soil also show that our levels are on average 72% lower than those required for Organic Farming.
