We were fortunate enough to host Kit, the Head Brewer for Canyon Brewing based in Queenstown, to create an awesome unique dessert style beer!

100kg of Yuzu gives this cheesecake sour a sweet, yet salty citrus profile on a biscuity malt base.

Perfect after a big day jet-boating up the Shotover, or floating down the Hutt River on a tyre tube.
