Hop Chop is our 2026 Fresh Hop release built on fresh-picked Riwaka on a lean malt base, with Motueka riding shotgun for that citrus zing. Grapefruit, pine and citrus peel land hard, with subtle tropical undertones underneath. Raw, punchy, and loaded with the kind of freshly-harvested hop intensity you simply can't replicate any other time of year. Get it while the season lasts. ⚡
