I own and operate Baxter's Catering Co. with the help of my experienced management team, Andrew Hercus (Catering Manager and Head Chef) and Simon Ranther (Sous Chef). Baxter's Catering was created in 1976 and since has been catering for hundreds of thousands of happy customers in the wider Wellington region. Since I took over the company in 2002, I have catered over 5,600 functions with an average

of 54,000 meals served each year. I hope to grow my business to service a wider region as we cater your next function!

Big weekend ahead! Baxters Catering will be on site this Sunday, November 9th at both the Port Road Drag Races and Christmas at the Races at Tauherenikau.
Two events, one day — come grab a feed and enjoy the action!

All entries are subject to the Port Road committee approval.

No cheques , no Cash , internet payment only please name and car as reference easy peazy !

Email confirmation of entry will be sent upon completed entry form received .
Pit info will be sent via email early November.
