Some days the universe reminds you just how far you’ve come, the lessons, the growth, the patience, and the persistence. Every challenge has shaped me, every setback has redirected me, and every single sign lately has reminded me that big things are unfolding.

I’m feeling excited, grateful, and proud, of the woman I’ve become and the business I’m building. It’s been years in the making, and I can finally feel the momentum shifting. The universe truly does reward those who never give up.

Sometimes the biggest shifts happen quietly, not with loud announcements, but with calm certainty.

When you finally stop letting fear steer the wheel and start trusting your own strength, everything changes.

I’ve learnt that standing up for yourself isn’t about fighting… it’s about knowing your worth and moving with quiet confidence.

The universe rewards courage, even when no one else sees the battles you’re facing.

Plant – Water – Move On – Repeat

Some days it feels like I’m spinning a hundred plates… baking, cleaning, delivering, emailing, building connections. But then I look at what’s unfolding, and I realise: every seed I’ve planted IS starting to bloom.

This week I’ve been on the road sharing my cheesecakes with cafés in the Hawke’s Bay, with even more samples lined up. Each “yes” reminds me why I do this, not just to build a business, but to create a life of freedom, joy, and love.

It’s not always easy, but it is always worth it. And I’m so excited for what’s around the corner… Cheesecakes by Jo is just getting started

Life has a funny way of reminding us what really matters.

Some days feel light and exciting, other days feel a little heavy, but what I’ve learned is this: when you keep showing up with passion and heart, the right doors always open.

I’m so grateful for the amazing people, signs, and opportunities that are aligning right now. And most of all, I’m grateful for the chance to pour my energy into Cheesecakes by Jo, my dream, my freedom, my joy.

Here’s to planting seeds, trusting the process, and believing that beautiful new beginnings are already here.

Some nights I sit back and reflect on how far this little dream has come. Cheesecakes by Jo started with love, passion, and a whole lot of hustle, and every day it grows stronger.
