Tonight marks the end of one chapter and the beginning of another for Waikanae Beach Four Square.
As we complete one of the biggest changes our store has ever undertaken with the SAP transition, I find myself feeling incredibly grateful.
To my amazing team, thank you. Thank you for giving up your Sunday evening, for your hard work, your patience, and your commitment. Change is never easy, but every one of you stepped up and worked together to make it happen. I couldn't be prouder to work alongside such dedicated people.
To the families of our team, thank you for sharing your loved ones with us tonight. Your support behind the scenes makes all the difference, and we truly appreciate your understanding.
Most importantly, to our wonderful customers, thank you for your patience, kindness and continued support. We know there may be a few bumps as we settle into our new system, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding while we work through them. Every improvement we make is to serve our community better.
For almost 15 years, you've supported our little store, and we never take that for granted. Waikanae Beach Four Square is more than a supermarket—it is a community, and we are incredibly proud to be part of it.
