Three Years of Munch Shack ❤️

Today marks 3 years of Munch Shack, and honestly, it’s hard to put into words just how grateful we are.

What started as an idea has become so much more than just a takeaway. It has given us a place to be creative, to try new things, to learn, to make mistakes, to grow, and most importantly, to create something that is truly unique

The support we have received from our customers, our whānau, our friends and our community over these past three years has meant more to us than you probably realise. Every order, every kind message, every review, every recommendation, and every person who has walked through our doors has played a part in our journey.

Munch Shack has genuinely changed me as a person. It has taught me patience, resilience, gratitude and the importance of backing yourself. It has given us the freedom to create in our own environment and to put our heart into what we do every single day.

Thank you to our amazing staff for your hard work it’s because of you that the vibe matches the Kai

We’re incredibly thankful for the response we’ve had over these three years. We never want to take that support for granted.

⚡️ WE’LL BE CLOSED THIS WEDNESDAY ⚡️

Unfortunately, The Munch Shack will be closed this Wednesday due to a planned power outage on Fitzherbert Road.

If you’re a local, you’ll know we’ve had our fair share of power issues around here 😅 — and the residents on Fitzherbert Road have dealt with plenty of them too!

The good news is they’re working on a permanent fix to help prevent these ongoing power problems. 🙌

🔌 Power will be OFF from approximately 10am–5pm, which means we won’t be able to operate safely during the outage.

So unfortunately, no Munch Shack this Wednesday 😭🍔🍟

But hopefully this work means more reliable power for everyone on Fitzherbert Road going forward! 🤞⚡️
