There are wine publications you’re pleased to be featured in - and then there’s *Decanter*.

When Emma Jenkins was putting together a profile on North Canterbury wine, the team sent through a selection of bottles, including their rosé.

They weren’t expecting that particular bottle to be the one that stood out.

A few years earlier, they were making their first rosé. Now, it had found its way into one of the most respected wine publications in the world.

It’s a fascinating chapter in the story of a wine that wasn’t originally part of the plan.
