Wairata Station is a vast peaceful mountainous wilderness within reach of New Zealand's main centre, Auckland. Wairata Station is a large hill country farm ranging from lush river flats up to towering open peaks. The station r

uns over 400 head of Angus cattle and 1500 Perendale sheep. Whether you're here to relax or to do one of our many activities, you will be well looked after. We have hosted guests over the past 15 years and people keep returning because they, like us, have fallen in love with our beautiful and unique piece of New Zealand.
