Out and about this morning. Nice to see the sun out today.
Came across this 2 yr old heifers calf only 24 hours old and found herself stuck on a slip.
Needless to say her dam had it under control and with a bit of encouragement had the youngster by her side in no time!

2026 Sale done and dusted: Great to host such a huge crowd including various Australian visitors.
A full clearance of 58/58 and our highest ever price of $122,000 for lot 1 who sold to Kay Jay Angus and Mordallup Angus from Western Australia.
Thanks to all our wonderful helpers on the day, purchasers, agents, underbidders for your trust in our breeding program. There was a bull for every budget and we wish you all the best with your purchasers.

Lot 48: Strong Avenger once again . His dam is a donar cow that had the top price bull at last years sale sold to Pine Park Angus.
Tremendous growth, CW, and positive fats here and that predicable shape that Avenger stamps on all his progeny. Strong bull for later in the catalogue.

Lot 34: Here’s a bull that will catch the eye. Stunning type and a top Avenger son that is hard to fault. He is super quiet and with his low birth weight will be fine on heifers or cows.
His pedigree is littered with some of NZs best ,all tried and proven sires.. He walks so well for a bull of these dimensions and his daughters will be a welcome addition to any herd. Quality sire!

Lot 33: A real carcass on this Furnace son with that lovely boxy shape to him. His dam is a super stylish young cow and traces back to a very good Otoko cow we purchased at their dispersal.Big fats and a dash of IMF to go with it.

Lot 28: Powerhouse Avenger again! That lovely rotund , early maturing type that leaves cows that stay and steers that pay. A good bull here with a full brother selling to stud at last years sale.
