Heirloom tomatoes, fresh basil, and buffalo mozzarella (for vegans tofu) topped with balsamic and extra-virgin olive oil on a bed of arugula

SOUP
Chilled Cucumber & Dill Soup

Silky, refreshing and herbaceous, finished with lemon oil and fresh dill.

MAINS
Meat Main – Crispy Rosemary Pork Belly

Slow-roasted pork belly with golden crackling, finished with rosemary-garlic jus.
Served with creamy mashed potatoes & spinach, asparagus and a touch of lemon.

Vegan Main – Sundried Tomato & Spinach Gnocchi

Pan-fried gnocchi tossed in a sundried tomato, spinach, garlic and coconut cream sauce, finished with fresh herbs.
