We all know green cardamom… but have you met Black Cardamom?

With its dark, wrinkled pods and bold smoky aroma, black cardamom brings deep, warming flavor to savory dishes.

Commonly used in:
• Garam masala
• Rich curries & biryanis
• Dhal (lentils)
• Chinese braised meats
• Vietnamese pho broth
Unlike green cardamom, it shines in slow-cooked dishes and gets even better with time.

Tip: Crack whole pods into curries or broths, or grind the seeds and use them in spice rubs and sauces.
