Message to plan your cake baking needs Currently I am venturing into creating my own edible art works.

Hi my name is Zara.I have been a chef since 1999 and I always enjoyed the sweeter side of the kitchen, so after four years I went back to uni to study patisserie and never looked back.I have been a pastry chef now for nineteen years now, and I love it. I have enjoyed working for the both the Langham hotel Auckland and Melbourne.On arriving in Melbourne in early 2008 I was the pastry chef at Fenix

for Gary Mehigan, plus I have been lucky enough to work in a variety of high end venues as a pastry chef . I love all all areas of the pastry kitchen ,but by far my favorite is cake work as not only are they beautiful to look at but taste amazing too.I have fun bringing your idea’s to life. I understand that cakes are about creating special memories for special occasions. I love to make cakes that look and taste exceptional and are personal to you.
