Another investment in the future of our farm and our environment.
We’ve recently upgraded to a new Coolcare milk chilling system — helping us chill our milk efficiently while reducing energy use, lowering on-farm CO₂ emissions, and making use of newer-generation refrigerant technology.
According to Coolcare, their Coolsense systems can reduce dairy shed power consumption by up to 30%, while their newer refrigerant technology can reduce CO₂ impact by an average of 80% compared with older systems. 🌏♻️
For us, it’s about more than just meeting today’s milk quality standards. It’s about continually improving the way we farm, investing in smarter technology, reducing our environmental footprint, and building a more sustainable dairy farm for the future.
Every improvement counts. Proud of how far we’ve come, and even more excited about where we’re heading. 💚🐄

🐄❤️ Animal health and welfare are always at the heart of everything we do on our farm.
Lameness can have a significant impact on our cows, so we decided to invest in rubber matting around the cowshed entrances and exits to help improve comfort, footing, and overall wellbeing.
The weather certainly didn't make it easy, but we got the job done! 💪🌧️
A huge thank you to the AG Mats team for their hard work and support. Every improvement we make is another step towards keeping our girls healthy, comfortable, and happy. 🐄✨

152mm of rain in just 24 hours!

A huge shout-out to all the farmers out there working through the freezing winter mornings, soaking wet clothes, and nonstop rain. When the creeks are overflowing and paddocks are flooded, there are no days off.

No matter how cold, muddy, or challenging it gets, farmers keep showing up to make sure their animals are fed, cared for, and safe. Flooding is no fun, but the dedication to protecting livestock and keeping farms running never stops.

Stay safe everyone, and thank you for the hard work you do behind the scenes every single day. 🌧️🐄💙
