In honor of world cocktail day! Here’s a Dirty special for your Saturday 💦🍹

Ingredients:
- Dirty Water Cherry Peach //
- 20ml classic cask //
- 20ml blackberry & red wine reduction (how-to-make below) //
- 30ml lemon juice //
- blackberry, mint & icing sugar to garnish //

Method:
1. Make the reduction - heat a punnet of blackberries, 2 glasses of red wine and 1/2 a cup of sugar and simmer for 30mins - leave to cool and strain
2. Build in a Collins glass adding ice to the brim, 20mls of the reduction, 20mls classic cask, a dash of lemon juice top with Dirty Water Cherry Peach & stir
3. Add a couple of blackberries, mint and a light dusting of icing sugar to garnish

Lemon & Lime
w/ gin, cucumber & black peppercorns

Pineapple & Passion
w/ gin, Angostura Bitters & Orange

Raspberry Yuzu
w/ gin, lemon & basil

Cherry Peach
w/ gin, lime & mint

Another favourite from
Pineapple coffee tonic 🍍
_______________________________

Ingredients:
- Dirty Water Pineapple Passion //
- tonic syrup //
- lemon //
- specialty instant coffee //
- pineapple oleo saccharum*
- coffee beans

Method:
1. Blend 3 spoons of pineapple oleo saccharum with 2 spoons of your choice of instant coffee
2. Choose a tall glass, add ice, a shot of tonic syrup, a squeeze of lemon, top up to 3/4 of the glass height with Dirty Water & stir
3. Add the coffee blend to sit on top & garnish with coffee beans

*Pineapple oleo saccharum is made with ripe pineapple peel (skins) and sugar:
- Place a few peels in a bowl, sprinkle a few teaspoons of granulated sugar over the peels, muddle in & and wait a couple of hours.
The sugar will have extracted oils from the peels, leaving a messy but delicious syrup 🍍
