Had the absolute pleasure of creating these stunning cakes, it show cases a beautiful life, from being a Samoan Chief and a haematologist, going back to school to become an early education teacher, all the while backed strongly by her faith and family.🌺

When flowers weren't going to arrive in time I had to quickly learn how to make handmade fondant flowers, it was a crazy week but we got there in the end!

This pink beauty had a last minute colour change from green to pink to match the birthday dress, it is one of the most detailed cakes I've ever done, over 4 hours of piping, 30 minutes of hand placing each and every pearl and a very cramped hand but got there in the end.
