Peacock's Tail is a local business based in Brooklyn, Wellington (New Zealand) dedicated to making deliciously healthy, low-sugar, batch-brewed beverages. Our aim is to provide a satisfying and stimulating alternative to alcohol and sugary soft-drinks, while minimising waste and promoting resource-efficiency by re-using our glass bottles. rewed the old fashioned way with lashings of fresh Fijian root ginger for spicy warmth, lemon juice for zing and native NZ Kawakawa leaves for a herbal, slightly peppery note (and its well-known medicinal properties). Rounded out with just enough sweetness to balance the spice and bottle-conditioned for natural effervescence, the resulting brew ticks all the boxes and really hits the spot!
