Pimm's Spritz!

INGREDIENTS 🍊

30ml Pimm's
60ml Prosecco
15ml Six Barrel Soda Lemonade Syrup
30ml soda water
Ice
Cucumber, mint and orange slices to garnish

METHOD 🍹

1. Fill a w**e glass with ice

2. Add all the liquids to the glass and gently stir

3. Garnish with cucumber, orange and mint

💜 Purple Lavender Lemonade 💜

If you love your guests, serve them a drink as beautiful and delicious as this!

Our zesty Lemonade, topped up with chilled Tickety-Brew – butterfly blue pea flower, lavender and ginger tea from our friends at THE TEA THIEF | Organic Loose Leaf Tea

Add some ice to a tumbler and pour in our Lemonade, leaving a few centimeters at the top of the glass. Gently pour the chilled tea onto the ice, creating a beautiful layered effect.

This one tastes just as good as it looks!

This small-batch syrup is our twist on an Italian bittered orange soda. We use real juices for a crisp citrus backbone and add roasted dandelion root, kawakawa and hops for bitterness and floral notes. It can even be used as a non-alcoholic aperol spritz!

Nobody's childhood tastes of tonic water.

It tastes of the rosemary bush by the washing line, and cucumbers from Nana's glasshouse, sliced thin for white bread sandwiches. 🥒

Tonic was the grown-ups' drink: the bottle opened at the end of the day, a small glass on the deck while the barbecue got going.

Rosemary & Cucumber Tonic sits where those two memories overlap. It's our Classic Tonic recipe with the citrus dialled down, with a bunch of fresh rosemary and cucumber added for a touch of the Mediterranean. 🌿

Add sparkling water, ice and a cucumber garnish. Gin is weather dependent.

Ever stirred sugar into your drink, only to find the gritty bits at the bottom? 🤔

That's because sugar crystals don't dissolve easily in cold drinks. Syrup does.

Our Simple Sugar Syrup is two ingredients: filtered water and Fair Trade Organic cane sugar. It goes into a mojito, a Daiquiri or your morning iced coffee without any fuss, and it adds a deep, golden sweetness.

The sugar is raw turbinado from the Manduvirá Cooperative in Paraguay, brought to Aotearoa through Trade Aid. The only NZ-made Organic and Fair Trade sugar syrup.

This is our working home where we make, bottle pack and send our products out into the world, and our cellar door sits right in the middle of it all.

Pop in, say hi to Liz, have a taste and stock up on your favourites. We've got Six Barrel Soda syrups + Seltz Drops, St Andrews Limes juice and goodies, Cameo Cafe Syrups , plus a few factory specials and things you won't always find on the supermarket shelf.
