We live to create authentic grazing platters and tables with fresh, locally sourced seasonal produce - and yes, they taste as delicious as they look ❤️ We have always been passionate about food, Belle grew up with her parents owning various successful restaurants and food and cooking has been one of her passions since she was a child. After seeing this idea abroad last year PLATTER NZ was born.We specialise in making platters for you to share, whether it be birthday, wedding, party or any other event. We create memorable platters that will delight. We use locally sourced ingredients and pride ourselves on our high quality produce.

Beautifully salted nuts. Pistachios cracked open between conversations. Crisp pretzels. A little crunch alongside a creamy cheese.

In Italy, antipasto means “before the meal” an opening course of delicious bites, from olives and cured meats to marinated vegetables. Alongside it sits the lovely tradition of aperitivo: a drink, something savoury, and time to catch up.

I love making relishes, jams and chutneys. Made a lot easier with a Thermomix in New Zealand Just need to add some finesse to the pouring 😜
