After seeing this idea abroad last year PLATTER NZ was born.We

specialise in making platters for you to share, whether it be birthday, wedding, party or any other event. We create memorable platters that will delight. We use locally sourced ingredients and pride ourselves on our high quality produce.

Three things I’d never do when feeding a crowd:

    1.    Leave dietary requirements until the last minute.
    2.    Choose food that keeps the host trapped in the kitchen.
    3.    Forget that people eat with their eyes first.
