How exciting, this week our local lamb supplier also has prime Angus beef for sale. There will be mince, stir fry beef, diced beef Osso Bucco, eye fillet steak, rump steak and more. But don't worry you can still get your favourite lamb cuts too, not to mention the tasty lamb shoulder pies!

Overwhelmed describes how we feel after the amazing support from everyone involved with our opening weekend.

From market organisers, friends, family, other stall holders and most importantly our Conscious Consumers. We felt the love from you all. So from Caroline and Hamish we say a massive thank you for to everyone involved. We had so much fun and look forward to seeing you all again this weekend.

It’s very rewarding as a farmer to be able to provide a fresh local meat option into the community.

We are so excited to be attending the Wellington Harbourside market on Sunday!

Conscious Valley are proud to sell the most locally grown lamb in Wellington, we’re only 8km as the Kaka flies.

Our lamb benefits from grazing diverse hill country pastures that are constantly seasoned by Wellingtons famous salt laden winds.

Our trailer will also provide welcome shelter from this weekends southerly winds, so feel free to meet Caroline and Hamish.
