A lot of people have been asking me how is my whiskey the first indigenous whiskey in the southern hemisphere.
It is because of the fact Maori business was not able to register or was not recognised until October 2nd 2020 and as I had my whiskey registered in 2018 it automatically became recognized as the first māori registered and owned recognized alcohol retail monopoly & company in 2020… Link city Whiskey.
With our first batches distilled in partnership with distillery & co then later securing contract with Striped Pig Distillery after fillfullment of my first batch and now the brew hold at the spiritworks distillery in Christchurch NZ
