There is limited fresh fish available today…but we do have some fresh Cardinal (a firm, succulent flesh that flakes easily when cooked - fillets are thick and meaty), salmon and smoked salmon and silver Warehou 🔥

Crumbed sausages are always on the menu at Gipps Street Butchery! 🙌

Golden and crunchy on the outside, with proper sausage goodness on the inside.

We baked ours in the oven alongside the spuds, but you could just as easily fry them - or bring this retro classic firmly into 2026 and chuck them in the air fryer!

Sometimes the old favourites really are the best.

Been out and about enjoying Burger Wellington as part of Wellington On a Plate? Great! 🙌

But for a Friday night at home, we also highly recommend the DIY version… especially when you start with some seriously good beef. 🤤

🥩 Grab some of our prime beef mince, shape your patties, load them up with your favourite cheese and all the trimmings, add a side of hot chips and you’ve got yourself a pretty impressive burger night at home.
