📣 New beverages on the block 📣
🍺 .effectbrewing are a small brewery in the heart of Wānaka that opened in 2019. Their Cerveza Mexican Lager is crisp, refreshing and completely Gluten Free!
🥃 Our first New Zealand whisky on the menu and it’s a banger! Produced from local barley and matured in first fill bourbon casts, this single malt whisky is sweet and round with citrusy honey, grapefruit and toffee notes.
🍷 has a cult following amongst the leisurely lunchers and Martinborough lovers. Their Pinot Gris is full and rich where you’ll be getting honeysuckle, stone fruit and floral hints.
🍾 has their roots all the way in Champagne with the owner and winemaker being 12th generation vigneron (now based in Marlborough). Their Assemblé is a méthode traditionelle blending Chardonnay structure, Pinot Noir finesse and Meunier softness into a beautifully bright and crisp glass of bubbles.
🍷 are based in North Canterbury and work with old vines and low-intervention techniques to create a delightful range of wines. Their Pinot Noir is fresh but remains quite structured and is bottle unfined, unfiltered with minimal sulphur.
