Trying to juggle work, life, getting enough protein and staying in a calorie deficit? We feel you 😂💪

There aren’t many local meal prep options to choose from in Wellington, but after receiving so many recommendations from you guys, we decided to give Primal Kitchen a go!

We started ordering Primal Kitchen at the beginning of the year, and their meals were honestly such a lifesaver during our kitchen renovation!

Between work, renovations and everything else going on, there were days when cooking was the last thing we wanted to do.

What we love is how convenient they are. The meals arrive ready to heat, so you just pop one in the microwave and dinner is sorted in minutes!

They also have the nutritional information on the website, making it easier to keep track of our calories and protein intake.

Regular meals: $14.99
Warrior meals: $17.99

Even though our kitchen is back up and running, we still love having a few of these on hand for those busy days.

Sometimes eating well doesn’t have to be complicated!

Thanks to for sending us these meals🤍
