Our distillery lives within one of the few surviving domestic-scale buildings that once lined the Terrace. This Edwardian townhouse was initially built by dentist Herbert Pearson Rawson in the early 1900s, whose legacy lives on in the reimagined 'Bert's Bar'.

These days, she's embraced a little industry reinvention - housing a distillery, tasting room, bar and office all under one roof. Next time you're passing by, be sure to stop in and take a peak.
