Auckland Cocktail Week, 2026.

The WSDC team made the trip up north to immerse ourselves in a packed schedule of masterclasses, events, and celebrations alongside some of the best people in Auckland hospitality.

Supporting bartenders has always been central to who we are. They're at the heart of what we do, why we do it, and the reason we continue to strive for better. It is customary in Scottish folklore to name a still after the wife of either the building owner or head distiller. For us, that was Agnes - Wife of Herbert Rawson, the original dentist who built our 1906 building for his home and surgery. 'Bert', for short.

Four medals. One very proud team.

We're thrilled to share that Woodward St Distilling Co. has taken home four medals in the 2026 International Wine and Spirits Competition, including a silver medal for Penguins Crossing Gin and bronze medal for Chi Chi Vodka, alongside gold in the Gin & Tonic category and bronze in Vodka & Tonic.

Built on a relentless pursuit of quality and a passion for creating exceptional drinking experiences, we're incredibly grateful to see our spirits recognised on the international stage.

We were incredibly proud to sponsor the official opening of Just Foreplay at Rice Pudding gallery last month - an exhibition intersecting q***r and feminist ideologies, within the mediums of painting, photography, and sculpture.
