Paddock To Plate by Dr Hud’s

We have 6 beautiful heifers from the Campbell Family from Maungatoroto.

Hung on the bone for 12 days in a purpose built dry ageing chiller.

These animals have yielded very well at 69% return thanks to our good butchering skills.

We have been asked to do some smaller packs so here are the options below:-
16 x 1/8th of a beast 22 kg for $575.00 = $26.10 per kg over the range.
16x 1/4 packs 44 kg for $1,150.00
= $26.10 kg per kg over the range.

Range : 1/4 of a beast.
7-8 kg primal steaks.
10-11 kg bolar roast, weiner schnitzel, corn silversides, boneless brisket, flat iron, spare ribs, 2 meaty stock bones .
Over 10 kgs of mince. 90vl .
Over 14 kgs of Dr Hud’s traditional beef sausages.

1/8 is half of a 1/4 as above.
First in first served.

We have another pallet of pork on sale. Carton lots only.

Boneless pork belly $12 per kg
12-16 kg cartons - vac packed 2kg.

Meaty pork bones $6.50 per kgs
12-16 kg cartons. Cut into 8 blocks.

Pork ribs whole plates vac packed
