We're in for a wet weekend, but along with Mister Chops we've got some tasty treats for you.

This week's beer and food pairing is our Galaxy Double Dark (6.8% dark beer hopped with Australian Galaxy hops) and the Mister Chops Texas Brisket Sandwich.

The sanga has smoked brisket, pickled slaw, swiss cheese and mustard relish. The classic Texan-style peppery brisket rub works incredibly well with the chocolatey, rich beer.

Then if you're headed to the rugby on Saturday, stop in for Buffalo Chicken Nibs. Saturday only, they're likely to sell out before kick off.

We're calling this "Boss's Lunch".

Adobo marinated steak, black bean salsa, lettuce, chimichurri, in a crispy corn taco from Mister Chops, with a Double Dark and Stormy (spiced rum, ginger beer, Kiwi Double Dark sugar syrup, and lime.)e.

Warming spice, crunch, sweet rum, and a nice hit from the lime. Perfect to warm you up on this frosty day.

Both super limited.

And yep, Luke enjoyed it.
