As many of you might know, we prefer spending my heart and energy in the kitchen and the family rather than on social media.Our focus has always been on providing authentic food and a great experience for you here in Whanganui.

​However, because we are not very active online, we don’t have many reviews. This has allowed a few unfair and malicious comments to significantly impact our overall rating.

​We are never afraid of honest feedback. Your real voices—whether they are words of praise or suggestions for improvement—are what drive us to grow and serve you better. We want Mogu to be part of this community for a long time to come.

Hi everyone, we need to share some transparency about what’s happening.

​As a small family business, we value honest feedback. However, we are currently being targeted by a series of fake, malicious reviews. As you can see in the screenshots:

​This person admitted on Google that they have 'NEVER been to our food cart.'

​Yet, an account with the same surname claimed on Facebook that they visited us last Wednesday.

​To ensure the safety of our staff and the integrity of our service, we wear body cameras (action cams) while operating. We have reviewed our recordings and confirmed that this individual has indeed never visited us.

​Because the behavior became so irrational, we have now blocked them on Facebook to protect our mental well-being and our business.

​We stayed silent at first, but we cannot allow our hard work and our family's livelihood to be unfairly attacked. To our loyal customers who know our heart—thank you for standing with us. ❤️
